Closing a French business

It happens that after a certain period of time, some activity in France generates too many costs, losses, or no longer corresponds to the company’s orientation (regrouping of operational or production premises, etc.), whether the business hires staff or not. In these cases, it is possible to look for a buyer for the business or the company, but sometimes closure and economic dismissals are necessary without too many other options. 

These are often very difficult times for companies, even if sometimes they are simple closures of a sole practitioner’s business to follow a spouse or dedicate themselves to another project.
